Question 1.

What are Raw Returns?

Answer:

Raw returns are products that have not been touched since they have been returned to the retailer. This means you but them at a low price and the items will need to be tested before resale. Every week throughout the UK millions of pounds worth of electrical goods are returned to major retailers. This maybe because they are faulty, slightly damaged or because they are simply unwanted

How will my Pallet be delivered ?

Answer:

BUSINESS PREMISES

All pallets are delivered during usual business hours. Unless you let us know you will require a forklift to unload the lorry. If you would prefer a lorry with a tail lift then please respond to your order confirmation and let us know.

RESENDENTIAL PREMISES

Palletways will deliver to your residential address but you need to respond to your order confirmation to let us know that you require a lorry with a tail lift.

Pallex is a business to business service and even though they are delivering to a residential premises the delivery will be an anytime call during business hours.

Question 3.

What are the delivery charges?

Answer:

Delivery charges are per pallet and are charged at cost price. We can arange discounted delivery charges for orders for 5 pallets or more. We always try to minimise delivery charges and will rebuild pallets where possible to reduce the amount of pallets sent. Please click here to view the current charges.

Question 4.

I have ordered from another company in the past and had to wait in for two days for the delivery?

Answer:

We understand and have recently negotiated a named delivery day with Palletways for the economy service. You can also contact Pallex on the day of the delivery and they will be able to give you an idea of morning or afternoon.

Question 5.

Do I have to be in the Trade to buy from you?

Answer:

Whilst we do not require trade references, items are sold on the understanding that they are purchased for resale. It is your responsibility to ensure that you sell safe goods. In particular, you must ensure that electrical goods are fully checked and tested by a competent person before resale. Your local Trading Standards Department would be happy to advise you further on this matter. To find the nearest Trading Standards Department by postcode, please go to www.tradingstandards.gov.uk.’

What hours are you open?

Answer:

We are open Monday to Saturday between 10.00am to 6.00pm

We can also make appointments if you wish to visit us at weekends or during the evenings. (Reasonable Notice is required)

We fully understand your concerns and whilst we do operate a 128 bit incrypted payment system we do recognise people preference to conduct purchase transactions over the phone.
